Ms. Santos is a Miami native who is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and received her juris doctor degree from the Florida International University College of Law. During her law school career Ms. Santos was president of the Caribbean Student Bar Association, a Dean's List recipient and she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Human Rights. Ms. Santos was also a student attorney at the FIU College of Law Small Business Clinic and a judicial extern for the Honorable Don. S. Cohn of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida where she worked on matters of first impression and landlord/tenant disputes. Currently, Ms. Santos's private practice is dedicated to assisting international investor's who wish to create corporations in the state of Florida, residential and commercial real estate disputes, and general counsel for Condominiums and HOA's. She also serves as general counsel for PEP's (Politically Exposed Person's) in Latin America. Ms. Santos conducts internal audits, counsels on risk compliance, and works with foreign staff to maintain liaison with state regulatory agencies, trade associations and other industry stakeholders.
